If you are an existing applicant on our Housing Register or a current WBC tenant and have been given a Person Reference number to create your Housing On Line account, please register by selecting 'Existing Customer (Applicant or Tenant) - Sign Up' button below.

Just enter your email address and chosen password used to register for My Housing Online account and select the 'Log In' button below.
